Many people fear addressing core trauma because they feel it may be overwhelming and draining. I offer in addition to traditional psychotherapy a unique modality, IASIS Neurofeedback (non-talking therapy).​ It can effectively address core trauma in a relaxing manner that is not overwhelming.
